Incredible Devices invention Catheter Reprocessing System (CRS, Patented) is a revolutionary machine which reprocesses angiography/angioplasty catheters to reduce their cost by 99%. This makes treatment safe, affordable and accessible for millions of poor patients. CRS also avoid hospital-acquired-infection and avoid spreading of Antimicrobial resistance bacteria. It also makes catheter safe to dispose of and avoid viral/ disease breakout. CRS reduces biome

1. Affordable Healthcare for All: it reduces cost of catheters by 99%. This helps us provide accessible, affordable and safe treatment to millions of poor/Base of Pyramid patients in India and other developing nations. 2. More than 2.5 Lakhs lives already Touched: CRS has already benefitted 2.5 Lakh patients. 3. Reduce Antibiotic Dose: CRS reduces Hospital Acquired Infection and as a result now, less antibiotic dose is required to treat patients. This avoid mis use of antibiotics. 4. Reduces generation of Biomedical Waste by 90%: Now 90% less catheters are required which results in less generation of hazardous medical waste. 5. Avoid Disease/Virus outbreak: CRS provides a cost effective clinically proven, fail-safe way to disinfect catheters waste at point of source itself. This helps avoid viral outbreak due to accidental pilferage of biomedical waste. 6. Saving 90% Foreign Exchange: India imports Rs 272 Billion of medical goods. CRS intends to reduce 90% import of catheters and saves FOREX. 7. Green Technology: CRS promotes safe reuse, reduce carbon footprints and save water 8. Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan: Reduce waste generation and also ensures safe disposal. 9. Make in India: 100% make in India & Indigenously developed Technology.

Catheter Reprocessing System (CRS) is an automatic computer guided Catheter cleaning machine with inbuilt self-testing and calibration which ensures best cleaning of catheter. CRS inbuilt computer stringently monitors every process and effectively cleans catheters with precision and accuracy. It can reprocess all types of catheters used in cardiac, neuro, gastro and interventional radiology. Catheters comes in different size and shape. Hence, they require different cleaning parameter such as water pressure, flow, volume, multienzyme dilution, etc. CRS can reprocess up to 12 catheters in 1 cycle. Each catheter is attached to a dedicated port with sensors. These sensors allow CRS to identify the type of catheters and accordingly CRS varies all pre mentioned parameters to ensure best cleaning. CRS uses a patented cleaning process called DFC (Dynamic Fluid Cleaning). CRS generates laminar, turbulent, critical transitional and turbulent flow to break biofilms, helps enzyme binding, generate critical pressure to breakdown fibrin and much more. CRS first flushes catheters with chemical solution using DFC technique. Once all contamination is eliminated, Then CRS rinses off catheters with water to remove chemical traces. CRS then dries the catheter with dry clean air and make them ready for sterilization.
